| NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE App End User License Agreement ITALIANO: Accordo di licenza con l'utente finale dell'app NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE Il presente Contratto di licenza con l'utente finale ("Accordo") è tra l'utente e NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE e regola l'uso di questa app resa disponibile tramite il Play Store. Installando l'App NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE, accetti di essere vincolato da questo Accordo e comprendi che non c'è tolleranza per contenuti discutibili. Se non sei d'accordo con i termini e le condizioni del presente Accordo, non hai il diritto di utilizzare l'App NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE. < Al fine di garantire a NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE la migliore esperienza possibile per tutti, applichiamo una politica di non tolleranza per i contenuti discutibili. Parti Il presente Accordo è solo tra l'utente e NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE e non Google, Inc. ("Google"). Nonostante quanto sopra, l'utente riconosce che Google e le sue sussidiarie sono beneficiarie terze parti del presente Contratto e che Google ha il diritto di far valere il presente Contratto nei suoi confronti. Privacy NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE può raccogliere e utilizzare informazioni sul tuo utilizzo dell'App NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE, inclusi alcuni tipi di informazioni da e sul tuo dispositivo. NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE può utilizzare queste informazioni, purché in una forma che non ti identifichi personalmente, per misurare l'uso e le prestazioni dell'App NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE. 3. Licenza limitata NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE ti concede una licenza limitata, non esclusiva, non trasferibile e revocabile per utilizzare l'App NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE per i tuoi scopi personali e non commerciali. Puoi utilizzare l'App NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE solo su dispositivi Smartphone che possiedi o controlli e come consentito dai Termini di servizio del Play Store. 4. Limiti di età Utilizzando l'App NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE, dichiari e garantisci che (a) hai 17 anni o più e accetti di essere vincolato dal presente Accordo; (b) se hai meno di 17 anni, hai ottenuto il consenso verificabile di un genitore o tutore legale; e (c) il tuo utilizzo dell'App NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE non viola alcuna legge o regolamento applicabile. Il tuo accesso all'App NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE può essere interrotto senza preavviso se NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE ritiene, a sua esclusiva discrezione, che hai meno di 17 anni e non hai ottenuto il consenso verificabile di un genitore o di un tutore legale. Se sei un genitore o un tutore legale e fornisci il tuo consenso all'utilizzo dell'App NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE da parte di tuo figlio, accetti di essere vincolato dal presente Accordo in relazione all'utilizzo dell'App NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE da parte di tuo figlio. 5. Politica sui contenuti discutibili Il contenuto non può essere inviato a NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE che modererà tutti i contenuti e in ultima analisi deciderà se pubblicare o meno una presentazione nella misura in cui tale contenuto include, è in combinazione con o insieme a qualsiasi Contenuto discutibile. Il Contenuto discutibile include, ma non è limitato a: (i) materiali sessualmente espliciti; (ii) contenuti osceni, diffamatori, calunniosi, diffamatori, violenti e/o illeciti o volgari; (iii) contenuti che violino i diritti di terzi, inclusi copyright, marchi, privacy, pubblicità o altri diritti personali o di proprietà, o che siano ingannevoli o fraudolenti; (iv) contenuti che promuovono l'uso o la vendita di sostanze illegali o regolamentate, prodotti del tabacco, munizioni e/o armi da fuoco; e (v) gioco d'azzardo, inclusi, senza limitazioni, qualsiasi casinò online, libri sportivi, bingo o poker. 6. Garanzia NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE declina ogni garanzia sull'App NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE nella misura massima consentita dalla legge. Nella misura in cui esiste una garanzia ai sensi di legge che non può essere negata, NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE e non Google, sarà l'unico responsabile di tale garanzia. 7. Manutenzione e supporto NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE fornisce manutenzione o supporto minimi, ma non nella misura in cui qualsiasi manutenzione o supporto sia richiesto dalla legge applicabile, NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE e non Google, sarà obbligata a fornire tale manutenzione o supporto. 8. Reclami sui prodotti NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE, non Google, è responsabile della gestione di eventuali reclami da parte dell'utente relativi all'App NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE o all'utilizzo di essa, inclusi, a titolo esemplificativo: (i) qualsiasi reclamo per responsabilità sul prodotto; (ii) qualsiasi pretesa che l'App NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE non sia conforme a qualsiasi requisito legale o regolamentare applicabile; e (iii) qualsiasi rivendicazione derivante dalla protezione dei consumatori o da leggi simili. Nulla in questo Accordo sarà considerato un'ammissione che potresti avere tali rivendicazioni. 9. Reclami di proprietà intellettuale di terzi NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE non sarà obbligata a indennizzare o difendere l'utente rispetto a qualsiasi rivendicazione di terzi derivante o relativa all'App NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE. Nella misura in cui NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE è tenuta a fornire un indennizzo dalla legge applicabile, NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE , non Google, sarà l'unica responsabile per l'indagine, la difesa, la risoluzione e l'estinzione di qualsiasi reclamo che l'App NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE o il suo utilizzo violi terze parti diritti di proprietà intellettuale. Privacy NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE may collect and use information about your use of the NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE App, including certain types of information from and about your device. NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE may use this information, provided it is in a form that does not identify you personally, to measure the use and performance of the NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE App. 3. Limited license NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE App for your personal and non-commercial purposes. You may use the NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE App only on Smartphone devices that you own or control and as permitted by the Play Store Terms of Service. 4. Your access to the NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE App may be terminated without notice if NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE believes, in its sole discretion, that you are under 17 and have not obtained the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you consent to your child's use of the NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement with respect to your child's use of the NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE App. of your son. 5. Objectionable Content Policy Content may not be submitted to NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE who will moderate all Content and ultimately decide whether or not to publish a submission to the extent that such Content includes, is in conjunction with, or jointly with any Content questionable. Objectionable Content includes, but is not limited to: (i) sexually explicit materials; (ii) obscene, defamatory, libelous, defamatory, violent and/or unlawful or vulgar content; (iii) content that infringes the rights of others, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights, or is deceptive or fraudulent; (iv) content that promotes the use or sale of illegal or regulated substances, tobacco products, ammunition and/or firearms; and (v) gambling, including without limitation any online casino, sports book, bingo or poker. 6. Warranty NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE disclaims any warranty on the App NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent that there is a guarantee under the law that cannot be denied, NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE and not Google, will be solely responsible for this guarantee. 7. Maintenance and support NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE provides minimal maintenance or support, but not to the extent that any maintenance or support is required by applicable law, NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE and not Google, will be obligated to provide such maintenance or support. 8. Product Complaints NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE, not Google, is responsible for handling any complaints from you relating to the NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE App or use of it, including, without limitation: (i) any product liability claim; (ii) any claim that the NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE App fails to comply with any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) any claim arising under consumer protection or similar laws. Nothing in this Agreement will be deemed an admission that you may have any such claims. 9. Third party intellectual property claims NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE will not be obliged to indemnify or defend the user with respect to any third party claim deriving from or relating to the NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE App. To the extent that NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE is required to provide indemnification under applicable law, NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE , not Google, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, resolution, and discharge of any claim that the The NONNA PIERA FACILE SMARTPHONE app or its use violates third party intellectual property rights.
